Steven Colon is a retired NYPD Sergeant who went to law school in 2001 while guarding the then Mayor during the 9/11 attacks. He was able to juggle family, work and education in those challenging times. In addition to being a Licensed salesperson in Florida, he is a NY Real Estate Broker. He founded a Real Estate & Tax Law practice in 2005 and is currently a licensed Attorney in NY, CT, & NJ. He is also a Real Estate Investor who is extremely knowledgeable in investment loans (Hard Money, DSCR & Fix and Flip). Is a Founding member of The Real Project (a 501c3 charitable organization). Has negotiated many Short Sale clients, held a Mortgage Loan Originators License, and is an authorized Title Agent in CT and NY. More importantly has closed hundreds of Real Estate transactions as an attorney and Broker.
